Should Seaplanes Be Allowed on Lake Lanier?

A local pilots' group has petitioned the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers to allow seaplanes, such as the one picture, to have access to Lake Lanier near Atlanta, Ga. Patch file.
Georgia pilots’ group wants to use the lake for recreation, “just like everybody else.”
