Cantonians React to Proposed Budget, Tax Increase

Here are the highlights from the first of three public hearings to be held on the fiscal year 2014 budget. The next meetings will be held on Aug. 15 and Aug. 22 at 6 p.m. at Canton City Hall. The budget will not be adopted until the Aug. 22
