Woodstock Outlet Mall Ribbon Cutting on Thursday

The much-anticipated Outlet Shoppes at Atlanta in Woodstock will officially open to the public on Thursday.

A ribbon cutting for the development is set for 10 a.m. July 18. The outlet mall is located along Ridgewalk Parkway just east of Interstate 5
