1. Weather: It's going to be another wet one in Canton, says the National Weather Service. Expect a 90 percent chance of showers today, with a high of 55 degrees. Tonight, there is a 100 percent chance of showers to go with a low of 46.

2. In Case You Missed It: Creekview High School Wrestling finished in the top six at the recent Georgia AAAAA Team Duals Championship in Macon. Although the team was shooting for a top four finish, the result is a marked improvement over previous years and shows that these Grizzlies have promise. Read the complete recap here.

Canton City Councilman Bill Bryan has nothing but good things to say about last Wednesday's joint meeting between the city and the Cobb-Marietta Water Authority, and the Economic Development Leadership Training Seminar in downtown Atlanta. Bryan feels this "remarkable day" will get the City of Canton on the right developmental track.

On This Date in History: On Jan. 15, 1993, notorious Sicilian Mafia boss Salvatore "Toto" (or "The Beast") Riina was arrested as a result of a police crackdown following the public assassinations of two anti-Mafia prosecutors. Riina had been in hiding in Palermo, Sicily, since 1969. He was subsequently sentenced to life in prison, where he remains to this day.
